Returns & Exchanges
All items are final sale and cannot be returned. However, we are happy to exchange for store credit on all merchandise. Store credit can be issued only after the merchandise is shipped back to Mark and Estel at buyer’s expense. All exchanged items must be returned brand new as originally received. Please send us an email to email@example.com prior to sending your item back.
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and include (1) Your Name & Email (2) Order Reference Number. If possible, print and include the email used to contact us about your exchange. We recommend using an insured service with delivery confirmation. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).
